Alexander Logistics was established in 1994, with main activity custom clearance and bonded warehousing.


Satisfaction of our customers and trust in our services raised the demand for international forwarding services, allowing us to establish forwarding department in 1995.


Our first Regular Groupage line was established in 1996, between Italy (Como) and Sofia.


In 1997 we invested in own logistics facilities, on an area of 20 000 square meters with covered warehouse of 2000 sq.m.


In order to respond growing demand of the textile industry in Bulgaria, we have opened a regular groupage line from Prato ( Italy) to Sofia ( Bulgaria).


With the increasing number of customers has been opened


Investment in additional warehouse area of 2000 square meters. New groupage line for transport of shipments between Munich (Germany) and Sofia (Bulgaria) was established.


Complete logistics outsourcing of warehouse and distribution operations for one of the leading office suppliers in Bulgaria – Office 1 Superstore, was realized. Investment in additional 3000 sq.m of warehouse area.


Establishment of road transport groupage line to Thessaloniki and Athens in Greece and regular scheduled transport services between Barcelona (Spain) and Sofia (Bulgaria)


Several new road groupage lines connecting directly Sofia and Venlo in Netherlands, as same as transport from and to Spielfeld, Austria and Stuttgart, Germany.


Development of forwarding services with Hungary, Switzerland and Como in Italy. Transport was organized on a weekly base.


Development of the groupage lines and growing demand for transportation required an Investment in a new warehouse with 1500 sq.m cross-dock area and additional 1500 sq,m for logistics operations and value added services.


New road transport groupage lines widening our services from and to UK, Romania, Poland, Germany (Dusseldorf), Czech republic


Go-east strategy was developed, beginning with a transport of shipments to Armenia, with consolidation in Sofia. This was followed with the new groupage service and full truck transports to Tbilisi, Georgia and Tehran, Iran

Idea for establishing a company came more than 20 years ago, predicting the potential needs of commercial companies for customs clearnce and forwarding services. At that time, Ivan already had expertise and knowledge in this field, being a customs officer with long term experience. Mr. Todorov has been participating in several projects including development of the IT system of Bulgaria customs. He has graduated a national university for world economy in Sofia. Presently, in Alexander Logistics he is taking care for the long-term investment strategy, financials and future development.

Alexander has a long-term experience in customs clearance, administration and warehouse logistics. He is one of the co-founders of the company, gaining his previous experience in retailer company as a import manager. Presently he is taking care for customs clearance, warehouse logistics, and administration   of Alexander Logistics. He is involved in handling of complicated customer requests and projects.

Tsvetin is master at mechanical engineering, specializing in logistics systems analysis. He joined a company from the university bench, proving the practice of long life learning studies. He is co-founder of the company, developing forwarding, logistics and commercial departments.

Tsvetin is also responsible for the business process management, performance measuring and efficiency, IT, reporting and BI systems of the company. On 16th of September, 2021, he was elected as Chairman of the Board of Directors of NSBS (Bulgarian Association for Freight Forwarding, Transport and Logistics, www.nsbs.bg) (www.nsbs.bg)

Михаил Димитров

Mihail is the yongest member of the management team, taking care for the warehouse logistics operations and distribution. Previously he got experience in different departments of the company – IT, administration and sales departments. He has graduated Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He is involved in projects analysis and daily operations, including WMS system.

Stefan joined Alexander Logistics in 1999 as one of the first members of the international freight forwarding department. He graduated Naval Academy Nikola Vaptsarov in Varna, and has several years of experience as a 3rd Officer on ocean vessels. Presently he is manager of our international freight division ALOG and is taking care for ocean and road freight.

Мариана Григорова

Mariana is one of the first employees of Alexander Logistics. As of now, for 20 years she has been responsible for the customs clearance procedures and documentation. She has an extensive expertise in customs regulations, Integrated Tariff system of the European Community – TARIC, INTRASTAT, Rules of origin, taxation and customs, commercial and customs documents. Presently she is the manager of customs clearance department.

Emilia has started her carrier in Alexander Logistics in 1999 and acquired substantial knowledge for customs procedures, customs documents and administration of the process. Presently she is branch manager of our office at Airport Sofia, specialized in customs clearance.
